Principal of Organization, President
Principal of Organization, Field Manager
Residential Sales Manager
Dale Lyme joined Arcon in February of 2005. Dale serves as Arcon’s Residential Sales Manager, meeting with potential clients to discuss what they are looking for in a new home, then combining ideas together to create customized floor plans, interior selections and finishes.
Joined Arcon in June of 1986. Greg is a Project Manager, running some of Arcon’s bigger commercial jobs from start to finish.
Sales, Concrete Division
Lane joined Arcon in 2007, and is in charge of the Concrete Crew at Arcon. They do concrete demo, replacement and new pours. Call Lane for all your concrete needs!
Bob Brown joined Arcon in 2007, and currently serves as part of the Concrete Crew at Arcon. He has also worked as a Carpenter and Laborer helping out with various projects over the years.
Chris Strausbaugh joined Arcon in 2014. Chris works as a Carpenter on residential as well as commercial projects.
Alec Shellabarger began his career with Arcon in 2006 as summer help while he was in school. He took Project Management courses through Sinclair Community College during his junior and senior years of high school. Now that he has graduated, Alec serves as a Project Manager at Arcon, running commercial jobs from start to finish.
Project Manager, Carpenter
Wade Miller joined Arcon in 2012, and now serves as a Carpenter and Project Manager for residential and commercial construction. He works projects from the ground up, from framing to finish carpentry.
Derek Fox joined Arcon in 2015 and is part of the Equipment Crew. Since coming to Arcon he has acquired a CDL. Derek helps move heavy equipment to and from job sites and helps with operating some of the equipment as well.
Concrete Crew, Laborer
Toby Shellabarger joined the Arcon Team in 2015. Toby started working during his summers off from school and plans to work full time at Arcon when he graduates! He usually works with the Concrete Crew but can also be found helping out on job sites as a Laborer.
Shelly Harrison joined Arcon in 2012, bringing an extensive background in office work. She keeps the office running, taking care of the day-to-day supply needs, paperwork and equipment functions as well as receptionist duties.
Stephen Minter joined Arcon in 2015 and works as an Apprentice at Arcon. He helps out with both commercial and residential projects.
Equipment Operator & Carpenter
Tracy Mong joined Arcon in 2015. Although Tracy is fairly new to Arcon, he has been in the construction business for a while. He is part of the Equipment Crew and also helps out as a Carpenter when needed.
Mark Nevels joined Arcon in 2017 and is our newest member of the Arcon Team. Mark works as a Laborer helping to make things run smoothly on site.
Project Manager, Residential Finish Carpentry
Rodney Armstrong joined Arcon Builders in 2002 and has worked his way up to a project manager as well as head of finish carpentry for residential construction. He is a valuable part of our team and a dedicated employee.
Assistant Field and Project Manager
Del Montgomery joined Arcon Builders in 2018 and is an assistant field and project manager for commercial construction. He works in the office and in the field coordinating and completing projects.
