This 2017 remodel included hand excavation of 115CY of dirt to allow for a man cave to be built under existing pool deck overlooking a creek valley. This remodel features stained concrete floor finish, reclaimed/painted drywall finishes, rubber roof, cedar siding, and Marvin windows and doors. The finished area consists of a TV lounge area, golf simulation room, billiard space, kitchen bar, exercise room, and restroom.
