Clark County Municipal Building Renovation – Springfield, OH

This 7,460SF interior renovation of the 1st and 5th floor consisted of updating the main entrance as well as repurposing the 1st floor into the Public Defender’s Office and the 5th floor into the IT Department. This project required special provisions as well as running multiple shifts to ensure that the Municipal building was able to maintain operations throughout the project. This $620,000 project was completed in 2021.
