Tipp City Water Building – Tipp City, OH

This new 10,000SF storage building for the Tipp City Water Department was designed to house large department equipment as well as provide office and break room space for supervisors and crew. This project featured the earthmoving and development of the site to provide new utility services for the building, as well as a detention pond to capture stormwater. Inside, the building features large overhead pull-through bays, a mechanical/storage platform, and sizable staff offices and crew space. Designed with function in find, the interior finishes include high-abuse paint, acoustical ceilings, metallic fluid-applied flooring, and a resilient base. This project was completed in 2024 for a cost of around $2,000,000.
