GDPM Complex – Dayton, OH

Arcon Builders completed a six building, 24-unit interior and exterior apartment renovation project for Greater Dayton Premier Management. The 14-month phased renovation consisted of new carpentry, interior finishes, and new mechanicals throughout each building. This project totaled just under 26,000SF of renovated space and it was completed in 2020 at a cost of $1,600,000.
