Preble County Sanitation Building – Eaton, OH

This public project consisted of the site development and construction of a 5,300SF pre-engineered building for Preble County Sanitation. Site construction included earthwork, shallow foundations, and concrete flatwork. Arcon then assembled the pre-engineered metal building on the new foundations. The interior features a maintenance bay on one side and office spaces on the other, complete with aluminum storefronts, gyp board assemblies, casework, and all finishes. This project was completed in 2017 for $660,000.
