Richmond Community Schools Renovations – Richmond, IN

Completed over the course of one year, the scope of this $3,500,000 multi-phase renovation project was to completely overhaul the mechanical systems equipment and provide cosmetic interior finish upgrades for the 2nd and 3rd floors of the 1930’s era Richmond High School. All existing mechanical equipment and ductwork was removed and replaced with new, and once complete, the spaces were updated and refreshed with new ceilings, wall finishes, new casework, new flooring throughout, and new interior amenities such as marker boards, tack boards, and window shades.
