Clark County Fair Board Building – Springfield, OH

A repeat client, the Clark County Commissioners partnered with Arcon Builders for the construction of their new 3,000SF Fair Board office in Springfield, OH. Located within the Clark County Fairgrounds, this $1,000,000 building was completed in 2023 and provided much-needed improvements over the County’s current fair office. Designed to both house staff as well as serve patrons of the fairgrounds, this building features multiple walk-up ticket windows, general office space, a finance room, and a large conference meeting room. The exterior of the building features large windows, fiber cement siding, a shingled roof, and a large parking lot complete with perimeter sidewalks.
