Miami County One Stop Center – Troy, OH

This 16,0000SF new-build for the Miami County Commissioners provides new space under a single roof for several county government departments. Arcon first had to develop the 14-acre site in Troy, OH which included the installation of all new site utility infrastructure that will support the new building and a large retention pond to contain stormwater. The building itself features a CMU garage and conventional metal stud framing, all wrapped in a burnished block and masonry veneer with a standing seam metal roof. The interior is divided into 6 suites and features very durable carpet, resilient flooring, acoustical ceilings, storefronts, and casework. The exterior features aesthetic site lighting, an outbuilding for additional storage, and a large wrap-around parking lot with testing areas, a customer drive-thru, and four service bays for vehicle inspections. After 16 months of construction, this $7,000,000 project was completed in late 2023.
