Birchwood Genetics Renovation – West Manchester, OH

This private project consisted of the renovation of an existing 3,500SF livestock facility into a genetics lab, a breakroom, and a shipping/receiving dock. Included was new ground up construction with a focus on utilizing the existing structure in place. This project was completed in 2017 at a cost of $300,000.
