Old English Outfitters New Building – Tipp City, OH

This new 30,000SF pre-engineered metal building will be the new home of Olde English Outfitters. To celebrate 50 years of business, phase 1 of this project will be completed in the summer of 2024. Phase 1 includes an indoor archery range, archery workshop, conference areas, and archery retail. Phase 2 and 3 will begin shortly after finishing phase 1. These subsequent phases will feature firearm retail, firearm workshop, owner offices, and a mezzanine with a view of the archery range. Phases 2 and 3 are slated to be completed in early 2025 with a total cost for the project of $5,000,000.
