Latter-Day Saints Meeting House – Eaton, OH

This public renovation and addition project consisted of a 2,850SF addition that coupled with a 5,300SF interior renovation. The 2-story addition extended the sanctuary along with adding two classrooms, two corridors, and two mezzanine storage areas. The EIFS finish complimented the existing brick well, and made the transition come together flawlessly. In addition, Arcon Builders installed all new landscaping featuring trees, shrubs, perennials, and rocks along with extending the existing parking lot to gain additional parking spaces. This project was completed in 2016 for just over $1,000,000.
