Arcanum Sunoco Addition – Arcanum, OH

In 2018 the Arcanum Sonoco Station underwent an extensive renovation and addition to add character, improve functionality, and increase efficiency. This private project consisted of a new 2,000SF masonry addition to house refrigerated beverage coolers, a beer cave, a full-service kitchen, and a custom-built octagonal beverage station. An all new truss and roof system was added, along with a new front entrance and façade and new interior finishes – all while remaining open for business during construction. The project cost was around $520,000 and the final product was a vastly improved appearance and a far more efficient sales floor.
