Greater Dayton RTA Wright Stop Plaza Renovations – Dayton, OH

Working in the heart of downtown Dayton, Arcon worked to make multiple updates to the 1800’s era high-rise building that serves as the headquarters of the Greater Dayton RTA. Upgrades included new curtainwall system sitting on custom black granite bases at 33 openings, new sunshades on the north and east facades, new awnings on the north and west faces, new overhead coiling and sectional doors at the south elevation, and a custom fabricated steel grand canopy entrance with poly carbonite resin panels. Inside, this project boasts flooring updates featuring both terrazzo and stained/polished concrete. This project included a lobby renovation, as well as several restroom updates and the fit-out of the main concourse area. At night, this facility truly shines with a custom one-of-a-kind lighting system capable of displaying any combination of colors and themes. This project was completed in 2022 for an all-in cost around $3,000,000.
