Arcanum, OH

This residence was one of the more interesting builds we have completed to date due to the incorporation of two existing salvaged chimneys from the late farmhouse that previously sat on the site. This 2015 build features 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms. The 2 story house consisted of 2,672SF of living space on the first floor, 825SF on the 2^nd floor, and the chimneys tied in perfectly with the natural look of the EIFS finish, the arch windows, and shutters.
